Caymus 1990 was once the best from Caymus, It belongs to one Chap Jim, who is good friend of mine. A few days Ago hethis asked about the 1990 Caymus. I said that we have been keeping that for more than 5 years. He asked me to open and drink, rather than to wait for his daughter to come to HK for Opening Ceremony. His Daughter was borne as the same year of this Caymus.
I am waiting to open this bottle of wine with Jim and his daughter. Well I think We can not wait. Let's open on this Friday.
